Although the season has not yet started, more and more voices in the industry are drawing attention to the fact that the champion team Red Bull Racing will have room to rise in the individual world championship.
This is not denied even by Red Bull, on the contrary. Of course, now one can comment on nonsense, such as "it's getting sleepy" and so on, but the truth is that during the tests a feature has emerged. And as for the Australian Grand Prix, it does not predict the success of Max Verstappen. This was also recognized by Helmut Marko, who emphasized in an interview that although they have made progress compared to 2024, the others have advanced more:
"Currently, the favorite is definitely McLaren. The tests have shown that they have strengthened a lot both on a lap and on longer stages, not to mention the wear of the tires. However, their superiority cannot be considered alarming, especially considering the weather conditions in which the first kilometers were covered.
"It would be difficult to predict the exact order of forces, but I think this year there could be up to four teams in the competition. I'm talking about the same four teams that dominated last year, but now I foresee a stronger fight," said Helmut Marko.
And we add, that if it happened like that, it wouldn't bother us at all!
