At least not YET. Eddie Jordan brutally took down the contender for the throne, saying he wasn't ready to become world champion yet. It would be hard to argue with that statement.

He needs to look in the mirror, get his act together and learn to become ruthless, because he is not yet. Real winners respect no one, they do not know jokes, nor friendship, and Lando needs to learn that too. This year he failed to turn opportunities into victories, he got stuck at the starting line, and with so many race victories, no one has ever become a world champion…” - was the harsh verdict pronounced by Jordan.
